Massage and Shockwave

Radial Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in muscles, tendons, and joints. It helps reduce pain, relax tight and knotted muscles, and repair damaged tissue by increasing blood flow—accelerating recovery and improving mobility.

Urban Sanctum has invested in the BTL-6000 Elite Radial Shockwave unit – one of the most powerful systems available. It delivers up to 6 bars of pressure and frequencies reaching 22 HZ, allowing us to effectively treat deeper tissues and address sub-acute and chronic musculotendinous conditions that smaller devices can’t reach. Shockwave is particularly effective for treating: plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, calcific tendonitis, hypertonic muscles, and myofascial trigger points. Many clients feel relief after just one to three sessions.

A comprehensive 30-minunte sessions can be booked as a stand alone appointment or added as an “add-on” to a massage appointment

A Targeted Relief 15‑Minute Shock Wave session is perfect for focused work on 1–2 specific areas, such as a stubborn trigger point or knot, or that persistent tennis elbow that just won’t go away.
